Most people think they are stuck.

Stuck in depression, anxiety and survival mode. Like it is just who they are and that is that.

But what if that is not actually true?

What if you are not stuck... you are just practiced?

Practiced in thinking the same thoughts, in feeling the same emotions and in reacting the same way.

Over and over again, for years, until it stopped feeling like a pattern and started feeling like a personality.

Because when you live in survival mode long enough it stops feeling like a phase. It starts feeling like who you are.

But it is not who you are.

It is just what you have repeated the most.

And here is the shift that changes everything:

If it was practiced... it can be changed.

Not overnight. Not perfectly but intentionally. One thought at a time, one reaction at a time, and one small interruption at a time.

That is how you move out of FOG and start building FIRE.

So going into this week, stop asking "why am I like this?"

And start asking "what have I been practicing?"

Because that question gives you your power back.

Happy Saturday y'all. And before I get into the usual weekend energy... I just want to be real with you today. Because that is kind of the whole point of this. Things have felt a little chaotic lately. Not the highlight reel version. The actual behind the scenes. The stuff I could easily leave out and just post the wins instead.
