I got clarity on this trip… and I am done playing small

Something clicked for me on this trip.

Not in a gentle way.

Not in a “journal and feel inspired” way.

More like a wake the hell up moment.

I realized something about myself that I know you’re going to relate to:

I keep saying I want a different life… while still reacting like the version of me I’ve been trying to outgrow.

I still lose my temper over small shit when I’m overwhelmed.

I still shrink myself around people who drain me.

I still avoid setting boundaries in places where I know I’m leaking energy.

I still try to carry everything on my own… and then get mad that I’m exhausted.

Sound familiar?

Because here’s the truth:

You cannot become a new version of you while living by old rules.

And somewhere on that highway, somewhere between gas station snacks and staring out the window thinking about my entire life…

I realized I am done trying to “heal quietly.”

Done trying to keep peace so I don’t upset anyone.

Done trying to be palatable.

Done trying to soften my message.

I’m building something bigger.

Something real.

Something with teeth.

A movement... not just a community.

And I want you to feel this shift with me.

This next chapter of Chaotic Minds Society is not about tips… or motivation… or cute quotes.

It’s about:

  • identity
  • honesty
  • boundaries
  • emotional mastery
  • nervous system rewiring
  • choosing a lifestyle that doesn’t drag you back into your old story

CMS is becoming a lifestyle... not a group.

A way of living... not a lesson.

A movement... not content.

And I want you in it.

Because if you’re here, reading this, you’re probably in the same place I’ve been:

You want a life that feels different… but you’re stuck reacting like the person who survived, not the person you’re becoming.

And that changes now.

Not January 1st.

Not “when things calm down.”

Not someday.

Now.

So here’s what I decided, and it scared me in the best way:

For the next 30 days, I’m opening up a small coaching container to help you end this year in a completely different energy…

and walk into 2026 with clarity, boundaries, and the identity of who you’re becoming... not who you’ve been surviving as.

This isn’t therapy.

This isn’t “fix your life in a week.”

It’s raw.

It’s real.

It’s accountability, identity work, and emotional resets… the exact work I had to do to climb out of the darkest years of my life.

It’s the CMS lifestyle... practiced, not preached.

Limited spots. Deep work.

No hiding.

No shrinking.

No “maybe later.”

If you want in, reply with SHIFT and I’ll send you the details.

Big things are coming.

Big changes are happening.

And I’m not holding back anymore.

PROUD OF YOU đź’™

Walking with you,

Leasha

I want to tell you something very real about my life. Friday nights and some Saturday evenings, I like watching WWE. I have a couple of friends who love it too, so we’ll get together, hang out, watch it, just be normal humans enjoying something fun. That doesn’t sound like a big deal. But a year ago? That exact situation would have stopped me cold. Here’s what would happen and I want you to really see this. I’d know the plans were coming. Days before. And instead of feeling excited, my body...

I want you to think about a moment that keeps happening. It’s usually at night. Or in the quiet space between things. You finally slow down… and that familiar feeling shows up. Not panic. Not sadness. Just that tight, heavy, restless feeling in your chest. The one that says: “Something about my life isn’t right.” You don’t even know how to explain it anymore. You just know: Your days blur together You’re tired of feeling this way You feel disconnected from yourself You’re always managing,...

I want to share something small but important that happened today. It’s Taylor Swift’s birthday, and my wife and one of our friends are huge fans. So today we went to a Taylor-themed bingo event. Nothing big. Nothing dramatic. Just a couple of hours doing something they love. But here’s the part that matters: A year ago, I wouldn’t have gone. Not because I didn’t want to or care. But because the voice in my head… the one I call Gerald… would’ve been loud as hell. And to be clear… that voice...
